Digital Overload Relay with 3x3 Digit LED Display

The TRM-200 is a digital thermal overload relay designed to protect motors and three-phase loads from overcurrent. This device continuously monitors the current draw and acts automatically to prevent damage to the installation, combining protection and control in a single unit.

The device allows adjustment of both the maximum current value and the tripping time , adapting to the needs of each application. When energized, it displays the configured parameters for a few seconds and, once operational, continuously monitors all three phases of the system.

When the current exceeds the set threshold, the device initiates the configured timer. If the overload persists, the relay disconnects the output and activates the alarm signaling via the error LED.

The TRM-200 also incorporates a current asymmetry protection function, capable of detecting differences greater than 50% between phases and acting in less than 2 seconds, preventing damage caused by phase loss or unbalanced motor operation.

The equipment has three operating modes for restarting after an incident:

• Manual , requiring pressing the Reset button.
• Semi-automatic , with three automatic resets before requiring manual intervention.
• Automatic , which restores service after each shot autonomously.
