Single Channel Temperature Controller

The THSR is an industrial temperature controller with PID Auto-Tune regulation, designed for applications requiring precise and stable control of thermal processes. Thanks to its self-tuning capability, the device automatically optimizes control parameters to achieve the desired temperature with maximum accuracy and minimal fluctuation.
Available in versions with one or two sensor inputs , the controller supports a wide variety of temperature sensors, including J, K, T, S and R thermocouples , as well as Pt100 probes , allowing its use in industrial heating and cooling processes.
The unit offers various control modes, including ON/OFF, P, PI, PD, and PID , adapting to the requirements of each installation. It also incorporates advanced features such as Auto-Tune , overshoot control, soft start, configurable alarms, and compressor protection for refrigeration applications.
Thanks to its modular architecture, it has multiple control outputs via relays and SSR outputs, as well as digital inputs and RS485 industrial communication with MODBUS RTU protocol , facilitating its integration into automation and monitoring systems.
