The PICA100-P process indicator, with its 48x24mm form factor, two built-in alarms, easy programming, and low cost, is ideal for monitoring, regulating, and detecting issues in control panels. This fully programmable panel-mount instrument, measuring 48x24mm (1/32 DIN), is easily scalable to engineering units via keypad or real-time input level (tEAc). It features four 8mm high red LED digits for measuring process signals (±10V, ±20mA) , a built-in transducer power supply, and a tare function. It also includes inputs for signals up to ±60V DC and for shunts up to ±100mV DC, making it suitable for measuring high currents. It offers the possibility of linearizing levels in irregularly shaped tanks. Its two built-in relays allow it to not only measure but also control, regulate, and detect alarms related to the aforementioned signals. It features three keys on the lower front panel for configuring all parameters. It is also configurable via PC using software. The brightness level is programmable in four levels to adapt to the operating environment. It records the minimum and maximum values from startup or reset.
